Cloud OPD - The Clinic Management Software
Cloud OPD is our Clinic Management Software. It contains multiple user functionalities:
(1) System admin (2) Receptionists login (3) Doctors login and (4) Optional, Patients login.
Our clients can use these software in their clinics, nursing homes, NGOs etc with a monthly subscription.
Data security & compliance
This system works as an online medical record repository which the patients and his doctors can access from anywhere in the world anytime.
We understand the security and compliance requirement for Protected Health Information (PHI data) and therefore we have built this system in such a way that it is HIPAA compliant.
SMS and email notifications
Clinics can send sms and email notifications to the patients with their appointment details when required.
Built-in Prescription maker for the doctors
Doctors can use the system’s built-in prescription maker to create prescriptions for the patients. They can readily get the WHO’s ICD-11 codes (International Classification of Diseases) for every diagnosis.
Doctors can also get the list of all generic names of medicines relevant to the diagnosis with just a click of a button.
Medical record repository
We have taken care of the concern of lost prescriptions and unwanted fear among patients. Once a clinic uploads the patient’s previous medical records, they stay on the system, This feature will help the doctor save time, run through the patient's medical history manually and give him the required treatment. Moreover the prescriptions that are generated by doctors through the system stays in the system too.
Bulk upload of patients and doctors data
For clinics, nursing homes, NGOs etc those who already have an existing database with its patients and doctors information can get the bulk data from their existing system and upload as csv to this system thereby saving more time.
Remote-consultation
Patients who are unable to go to the clinic physically can opt for remote consultation and the doctor can use the system’s remote consultation feature to check the patient and create an online prescription for him.
Future goals
Our upcoming future plans include:
1) To use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to get meaningful insights from patient’s medical data (with patient’s consent).
2) To be Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) compliant and to access all ABDM compliant medical records repository.

Rural healthcare needs serious attention and in order to control the spread of diseases and growing rates of mortality due to inadequate healthcare facilities we must find a solution. This was our primary driving force behind creating this software.
